Barry & Debra Kessler
Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, I moved to Simi Valley 13 years ago with my gem of a husband and two young sons. During that 13-year period, I have been active with the Boy Scouts of America performing numerous community improvement projects, assisting at City events, supporting Eagle Scout projects, and exploring the myriad of hiking trails that surround our city.
Working at the Building & Safety Division of the City of Burbank in the late 1980s sparked my interest in Real Estate. Since that time, I have gained experience in purchases and sales of primary residences as well as investment properties, purchases and sales of short sales and REOs, participation in 1031 exchanges, property management, and mortgage brokerage.
Over the past 24 years, Troop Real Estate has created an environment of independence, professionalism, and accountability for its real estate agents. As an Agent with Troop Real Estate, I am able to provide a wide range of services including aggressive marketing, leading edge technology, a huge network of agents, along with a variety of support services. I have served on the Conejo Simi Moorpark Association of Realtors MLS Committee as well as the Rules & Regulations Subcommittee. I am also an Executive Board Member of Simi Valley Neighborhood Council #4.
I am extraordinarily pleased to be a member of the Troop Real Estate team. I was recently named Agent of the Year for 2010 in the Simi Valley office at our annual awards ceremony! Prior to that, I was the 2009 Rising Star at Troop of Simi Valley! I promise to always provide expert support and guidance that each client deserves, while working hard to achieve the highest level of results possible. I pledge to continually exceed expectations through an unwavering commitment to honesty, integrity, knowledge, and innovation.
